State Head


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve state-level sales targets.
  • Create and expand new distribution channels

    to strengthen market presence.
  • Drive business development initiatives and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the state sales team to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:

    Minimum 10+ years in

    solar panel sales and business development

    , with strong exposure to channel sales.
  • Proven ability to deliver high business volumes and meet aggressive targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Education: Graduation is mandatory; MBA preferred.
