State Head O&M - Rajasthan

You will be responsible for leading the O&M team of assets (portfolio) to ensure that all plants perform at their optimal best from a Techno-commercial perspective. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring portfolio performance above budgeted production. - Managing the P&L of all projects by developing and managing project budgets, contracts, stakeholder and customer relations. - Implementing management systems & HSE practices across the portfolio. - Delivering overall KPI (performance, safety, commercial, and compliance). - Ensuring the safety of people and assets. - Implementing O&M contracts and AMC's. - Driving employee engagement and CSR initiatives. - Forecasting & scheduling requirements and overseeing implementation. - Supporting BD, Engineering, and cross-functional teams for new projects (M&A /O&M Budget). - Overseeing HOTO from Construction and In-house O&M Preparedness. - Managing inventory and assets. - Handling management reports and reviews. - Ensuring strict compliance with organizational and statutory policies. - Managing warranty.
