State Head O&M - Rajasthan

As the Lead of the O&M team for the assets portfolio, your role is crucial in ensuring that all plants operate at their optimal best from a Techno-commercial perspective. Your responsibilities include: - Ensuring portfolio performance surpasses budgeted production levels. - Managing the P&L of all projects by developing and overseeing project budgets, contracts, stakeholder, and customer relations. - Implementing management systems and HSE practices across the portfolio. - Delivering Overall KPIs in terms of performance, safety, commercial success, and compliance. - Taking charge of the safety of both people and assets. - Implementing O&M contracts and AMC's. - Focusing on employee engagement and CSR initiatives. - Forecasting and scheduling requirements and overseeing their implementation. - Providing support to BD, Engineering, and cross-functional teams for new projects, including M&A and O&M budget initiatives. - Ensuring a smooth transition from Construction to in-house O&M readiness. - Managing inventory and assets effectively. - Generating management reports and conducting reviews regularly. - Ensuring strict compliance with organizational and statutory policies. - Managing warranty claims effectively.
