State Head - O&M

As the Lead of the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team for the assets portfolio at the company, your primary responsibility is to ensure that all plants operate at their peak efficiency from a Techno-commercial perspective. Your role involves the following key responsibilities: - Ensure that the portfolio performance exceeds the budgeted production targets. - Take charge of the Profit and Loss (P&L) of all projects by developing and managing project budgets, contracts, stakeholder, and customer relations. - Implement effective management systems and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices across the portfolio. - Deliver on overall Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) covering performance, safety, commercial aspects, and compliance. - Be accountable for the safety of both personnel and assets. - Implement O&M contracts and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs). - Drive employee engagement initiatives and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities. - Forecast and schedule requirements while ensuring their effective implementation. - Provide support to Business Development (BD), Engineering, and cross-functional teams for new projects, including Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and O&M budgeting. - Oversee the Handover to Operations (HOTO) from Construction and ensure in-house O&M preparedness. - Manage inventory and assets effectively. - Prepare management reports and conduct regular reviews. - Ensure strict compliance with organizational and statutory policies, including warranty management.
