State Head - O&M

As the leader of the O&M team for the assets portfolio in the GBU Renewables & Flexible Power division at SOLAIREDIRECT INDIA LLP, your primary responsibility is to ensure that all plants operate at their optimal best from a techno-commercial perspective. Your key responsibilities include: - Ensuring portfolio performance exceeds budgeted production levels. - Managing the P&L of all projects by developing and overseeing project budgets, contracts, stakeholder and customer relations. - Implementing management systems and HSE practices across the portfolio. - Delivering overall KPIs related to performance, safety, commercial aspects, and compliance. - Taking charge of the safety of people and assets within the portfolio. - Implementing O&M contracts and AMC agreements. - Fostering employee engagement and supporting CSR initiatives. - Forecasting and scheduling requirements, and ensuring their implementation. - Supporting business development, engineering, and cross-functional teams for new projects, including M&A and O&M budgeting. - Leading the HOTO process from construction to in-house O&M preparedness. - Managing inventory and assets effectively. - Generating management reports and conducting reviews. - Ensuring strict compliance with organizational and statutory policies. - Managing warranty agreements effectively.
