Urgent requirement for travel industry. only Travel, FMCG & hospitality industry are preferred.

Position - State Head

Location - Hyderabad & Bangalore

Responsibility:

Broad responsibilities will lie with operations excellence, effective team management, and Business P&L Management.

 We are looking for a resource who should be able to understand the Bus industry as a whole (which includes Operator supply, Agent network, Local behaviors of bus – ground transportation).

 He will work to establish our – Smart bus brand in the territory / zone and build a network of bus operations, Agent’s network and work towards brand visibility for generating tickets for buses.

 Candidates will take care of Boarding and Retail sales through the Travel agents and Touts / Walk-ins along with the managing boarding procedure.

 Should be up to date with the market knowledge of intercity bus travel and ensure that all opportunities to grow market share are tapped for buses running in assigned territory.

Should be comfortable with field roles as local travel will be required along with occasional outstation travel.
