You will be responsible for ensuring overall business profitability by appointing new franchisees, securing new admissions, improving retention rates, and increasing the number of effective net students. Your role will also involve building the capability of franchisees to drive growth, executing new market penetration strategies, managing the brand building and marketing calendar, and influencing franchisees to invest in marketing activities. Additionally, you will need to identify and develop high potential markets while phasing out underperforming franchises. It is essential that you focus on building the capability of Area Heads and ensuring state profitability. The role will require you to travel within the state. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline, MBA will be an added advantage - 10 to 12 years of experience in telecom, banking, insurance, or FMCG industries with a strong background in customer handling and franchise management - Experience in leading a team of at least 5 members - Age below 40 years - Proficiency in English and Hindi languages - Excellent communication and presentation skills The organization you will be working with is an ISO 9001:2015 certified entity that operates in India and other countries.
