Job Title: State Head Karnataka

HQ: Bangalore

Language: Kannada, English, Hindi is added advantage

Salary Negotiable based on Experience.

Required Candidate profile

Any Bachelor degree with Minimum 10 year experience in F&B /Retail related field

Key Responsibilities:

1. Franchise Development:

- Identify new franchise opportunities

- Increase sales growth and achieve sales projections

2. Franchise Management:

- Improve sales at average franchise outlets

- Ensure compliance with Companys 4Ps (policy, process, products, and payments)

3. Franchise Support:

- Provide care, service, and satisfaction to franchisees

- Monitor sales reports, performance, and compliance

4. Sales Team Management:

- Train and develop sales team to achieve targets

- Motivate team members to achieve sales goals

5. Sales Strategy and Planning:

- Conduct sales review meetings with team

- Plan and execute sales strategies and objectives

- Set goals and strictly adhere to KPI & KRA

6. Collaboration and Coordination:

- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction

- Coordinate with other team members to achieve sales goals

7. Market Research and Analysis:

- Understand Companys sales model

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
