Job Purpose

State Head - Sales will be responsible for leading the sales team in the designated state, driving business growth, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets for EIL product

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and expand the customer base for Loan against Property products.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, channel partners, and internal teams.

Secondary Responsibilities

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and product enhancement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, marketing initiatives, and customer service improvements.

Managerial And Leadership Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
