We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Sales team as a State Head in Ranchi. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services sector. Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to meet targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, including credit facilities and retail banking.
  • Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams to achieve business objectives.
  • A minimum degree of Post Graduate/Graduate in any discipline is required.

  • Functional competencies include selection of prospective SME clients to target for new business origination, assessment of credit risk associated with SME clients and financing structures, financial analysis and evaluation of creditworthiness of SME clients, and structuring of credit facilities tailored to the unique needs and risk profiles of SME clients.
  • New business prospectsOriginate new business prospects within the SME / infrastructure sector through direct sourcing and open market channels.
  • Customer acquisitionAcquire SME customers and manage their proposals, guiding them up to the disbursement stage.
  • Business generationMeet existing SME clients to identify business opportunities and drive revenue.
  • Cross-sellingCross-sell retail banking products to SME customers to maximize revenue and meet sales targets.
  • Portfolio qualityMaintain the Early delinquency (ED) and other compliance parameters including PDD, deferrals, etc.
  • Compliance and regulationsEnsure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Stay updated on changes in regulations affecting SME banking.
