Role & responsibilities

state-level Sales revenue growth

Strategy

  • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify revenue gaps and develop corrective plans.
  • Leverage Big Days,” “Cultural Milestones,” and “Local Events” to create and monetize unique Sales opportunities.
  • Conceptualize and scale new revenue formats, bundled offerings, and commercial models.

Team Leadership & Performance

  • Lead, coach, and mentor the state sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Build a culture of discipline, accountability, and high performance.
  • Conduct structured performance reviews focused on pipeline health, conversions, and growth planning.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure cohesive execution and outcomes.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 15-20 years of experience in

    direct or solution-based sales

    where ideation, client engagement, and value creation are critical.
  • Preferred Industry Exposure:

    Print Media, Insurance, Banking, DTH, or any competitive industry requiring consultative and creative selling approaches.
