State Business Head

• 
  Education: Any Graduate. MBA/PGDM preferred
• Experience: 15-20 years of experience in sales, with 10 years in managing Micro Loan Against Property (LAP) products (LAP Product ROI – 18% & above) NBFC is mandatory.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets for Loan Against Property across assigned zone.
• Drive business through a strong network of DSAs, channel partners, and direct sourcing.
• Analyse market trends, competition, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Cluster Sales Managers and Branch Managers.

• Set performance goals for the team and track their achievements.

• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including channel partners, clients, and internal teams.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk management practices.

• Work closely with the credit and risk teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursal of loans.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Regularly monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management review.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance productivity and sales efficiency.
