As an Incubator / Startup Manager at FTRIC (Food Tech Research and Innovation Centre) for the Incubate1.0 Foodtech Startup Accelerator program in Kozhikode, Kerala, you will play a crucial role in nurturing early-stage food tech startups. Your dedication and passion will drive the success of our startup cohort. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Startup Onboarding & Management:** Oversee the selection, onboarding, and day-to-day management of startups in the accelerator cohort. - **Mentorship & Support:** Act as a dedicated guide for each startup, helping them define milestones, tackle challenges, and stay on track. Connect them with relevant mentors and industry experts. - **Program Coordination:** Organize and execute key program activities, including workshops, bootcamps, networking events, and mentor sessions. - **Ecosystem Building:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with mentors, investors, industry partners, and the wider startup community. - **Progress Tracking:** Monitor and report on the progress of each startup, providing regular updates to the FTRIC leadership team. - **Content Creation & Communication:** Develop engaging content (blogs, social media updates, newsletters) to showcase the progress and success stories of our startups and the program. **Qualifications & Skills:** - **Educational Background:** A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required. - **The Startup Mindset:** Live and breathe innovation with a genuine passion for startups, technology, and the food industry. - **Innovative & Creative Thinker:** Ability to brainstorm and develop new ideas with a proactive attitude. - **Interpersonal & Communication Skills:** Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and build strong relationships. - **Motivational & Forward-Thinking:** Self-confident, motivational, forward-thinker who can inspire and guide early-stage entrepreneurs. - **Content Creation:** Proven ability to create engaging content for various platforms. - **Personal Traits:** Young, energetic, thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. **What We Offer:** - Competitive salary of up to 2.4 Lakhs per annum. - Other perks and benefits as per company standards. - Opportunity to be at the center of the food tech innovation ecosystem. - Work directly with visionary founders and shape the future of food. - Extensive networking opportunities with industry leaders, mentors, and investors. - Dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
