Role Purpose

The Stakeholder & Client Management role is responsible for building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with internal and external stakeholders and clients. The role ensures stakeholder and client needs are understood, expectations are managed, and communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with organizational objectives. The position plays a key role in trust-building, issue resolution, and long-term relationship value.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management

• Identify, map, and prioritize key internal and external stakeholders
• Analyze stakeholder interests, influence, and expectations
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies and plans
• Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholder communications
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and briefings
• Monitor stakeholder sentiment and proactively address concerns
• Support leadership with stakeholder insights and risk assessments

Client Management

• Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Understand client objectives, needs, and success criteria
• Manage client expectations, deliverables, and communications
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Handle client feedback, issues, and escalations professionally
• Identify opportunities for service improvement or account growth

Communication & Reporting

• Prepare clear, tailored communications for different audiences
• Ensure transparency and consistency in messaging
• Develop stakeholder and client reports, updates, and dashboards
• Track engagement activities and outcomes
• Support crisis or sensitive communications when required

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure stakeholder and client engagement aligns with company policies
• Support compliance with relevant standards and frameworks
• Maintain accurate documentation of stakeholder and client interactions

Experience & Qualifications

• Familiarity with stakeholder engagement or communication frameworks is an advantage
