Staff TAM - Embedded AUTO

General Summary:

Engineering Graduate with excellent communication and analytical skills

* Provide first hand support to Qualcomm IVI and/or ADAS customers

* Manage all customer issues and requirements through regular meetings, workshops and tracking them to closure.

* Drive internal meetings with relevant stakeholders for customer related issues and requirements

System knowledge of Automotive architecture and products

* Co-work with Qualcomm PDM, Sales/Business Development, Engineering teams for customer requirements and issues

* Support issues reported by customer in lab, drive test and certifications

* Perform root cause analysis of customer issues alongside the internal technology teams and provide feedback to engineering team

* Domain related experience in any or all key automotive technologies (BSP, audio, connectivity, graphics, display, video)

* Working experience with Linux kernel device drivers, stability and boot architecture

* Working experience with Android, QNX and hypervisor based platforms

* Working knowledge of any of the languages C,C++,Java

* Working knowledge of debug tools related to memory, gdb, coredump, JTAG

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience
• ORMaster's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience
• ORPhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience
• 2+ years of experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc
• 1+ year of experience with debugging techniques
