Staff Nurse

The Staff Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, maintaining nursing standards, and supporting doctors and other healthcare staff in ensuring effective clinical services. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care as per physician instructions and hospital protocols. Monitor, record, and report patient’s vital signs and medical conditions accurately. Administer medications, IV fluids, injections, and prescribed treatments safely. Assist doctors during procedures, rounds, and critical interventions. Perform and assist in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and other emergency procedures whenever required. Ensure strict compliance with infection control, patient safety, and hospital hygiene standards. Educate patients and attendants about medications, lifestyle modifications, and discharge care. Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records. Handle and maintain medical equipment, supplies, and ward/ICU/OT stock. Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care. Respond quickly to emergencies and follow established emergency protocols. Qualifications & Skills: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid registration from Nursing Council. 0–3 years of experience (Freshers may also apply, if applicable). Strong clinical knowledge and practical nursing skills. Good communication, empathy, and patient-handling abilities. Ability to work in rotational shifts and under pressure. Commitment to professional ethics and continuous learning.
