Staff Nurse

As a healthcare professional in this role, you will be responsible for providing patient care by administering medications, monitoring vital signs such as temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respiration, as well as delivering wound care and managing medical equipment. Your duties will also include maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of patient medical histories, treatments, and progress. Collaboration is a key aspect of this position, as you will work closely with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans. In addition to this, you will play a crucial role in educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies. Triage and assessment skills are essential, as you will be assessing patients" conditions, determining the urgency of their needs, and prioritizing care accordingly. You may also be required to assist with or perform various medical procedures like injections, vaccinations, and basic diagnostic tests. Ensuring clinic operations run smoothly is part of your responsibilities, which includes maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and organized environment for efficient patient care. Your role will also involve record-keeping tasks, such as maintaining patient records in both physical and digital formats, as well as filing regulatory forms. Inventory management is another aspect of this position, where you will be tracking and managing supplies of medications, equipment, and other necessary items.
