Job Title: Staff Nurse
Reports to: Nursing Supervisor/Department Head
Job Summary:
We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Doca Medcity. As a Staff Nurse, you'll provide high-quality patient care, support our medical team, and contribute to a positive and safe healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and implementing care plans.
Assessment and Observation: Conduct thorough patient assessments, identify changes in patient condition, and report concerns to senior staff.
Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with interdisciplinary teams, communicate patient information, and ensure seamless care transitions.
Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medication administration and vital signs.
Patient Education: Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care techniques.
Qualification:
GNM(General Nursing and Midwifery) or ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) or BSC Nursing

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
