Role & responsibilities

Patient Care
Provide direct nursing care to patients as per physicians instructions and hospital protocols.
Monitor, record, and report patients’ vital signs and condition changes.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.

Communicate effectively with the healthcare team regarding patient care and progress.
Infection Control and Safety
Follow infection control protocols strictly.
Maintain cleanliness and sterility of the work environment.
Ensure safe disposal of biomedical waste as per guidelines.
Patient Education and Support
Educate patients and families on health maintenance, treatment plans, and discharge care.
Provide emotional support to patients and relatives.
Teamwork and Professional Conduct
Collaborate with doctors, fellow nurses, and allied health professionals for holistic patient care.
Participate in nursing training, workshops, and continuous education programs.
Adhere to hospital policies, ethical standards, and professional behavior at all times.
