Staff Engineer - 7-10 years

To lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, business rules, and integration standards across CRM and ERP systems.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Solution Delivery: Lead Oracle CPQ Cloud implementations including configuration, commerce flows, pricing logic, and document generation.
2. Technical Development: Write and optimize BML scripts, BMQL queries, and XSL-based document templates.
3. Integration: Design and support integrations with CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (Oracle Fusion) using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware .
4. Client Engagement: Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and present solution designs to business and IT stakeholders.
5. Testing & Deployment: Support unit testing, UAT, and production deployment with version control and DevOps best practices.
6. Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior consultants and support internal knowledge sharing.

Skills and Qualifications

1. 8-10 years of experience in enterprise application consulting.
2. 5+ years of hands-on Oracle CPQ Cloud experience.
3. Proficiency in BML, BMQL, XSLT, and Oracle CPQ configuration modules.
4. Strong understanding of quote-to-cash (Q2C) processes and pricing strategies.
5. Experience integrating Oracle CPQ with CRM/ERP systems.
6. Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
7. Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
8. Oracle CPQ certification is a plus

Senior Staff Engineer - 10-12 years

Seeking an experienced Oracle CPQ Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) Cloud solutions. This role is critical in driving sales automation, pricing accuracy, and seamless integration across CRM and ERP systems.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Solution Architecture: Design scalable Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions aligned with business processes and enterprise architecture.
2. Implementation Leadership: Lead end-to-end CPQ implementations including discovery, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
3. Technical Expertise: Develop and optimize BML (BigMachines Language), BMQL, and document generation templates.
4. Integration Strategy: Architect integrations with Oracle ERP, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and middleware platforms.
5. Mentorship: Guide developers and analysts on Oracle CPQ design patterns, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

Skills and Qualifications

1. 10+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture.
2. Proficiency in BML, BMQL, and Oracle CPQ configuration, commerce, and document design.
3. Strong understanding of quote-to-cash (Q2C) processes, pricing models, and approval workflows.
4. Experience integrating Oracle CPQ with Oracle ERP, Salesforce, or other CRM/ERP systems.

6. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
