Job Description

Have 2- 5 years of experience in Production Support
Experienced working in rotating shifts or willing to work in shifts
Hands on experience in basic Unix commands
Hands on experience in simple SQL
Experience in incident management using any tool
Good written and verbal communication
Experience in Job scheduling and monitoring
Any scheduler (TWS, Control-M & Autosys etc.) administration experience is a plus

Career Level - IC1

Work in rotating shift to support 24X7 operations
Provide L1/L2 support for production and non-production environments
Monitor jobs and infrastructure alerts using various tools
Perform batch monitoring and configuration tasks using various schedulers
Perform initial triage for job failure and infrastructure alerts
Perform scheduled and ad hoc activities on production and non-production environments
