Staff Accountant

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in accounts receivable management, process improvements, and data analysis. You should demonstrate a proven ability to drive efficiencies in financial reporting and operations. As part of your responsibilities, you will lead and manage a portfolio of clients, overseeing the Invoice to Cash process to ensure timely and accurate collections. You will also spearhead the automation of month-end close activities using tools such as Power Automate & VBA to reduce manual efforts and improve overall efficiency. In addition, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing Period-End Reports, including Bad Debt Reports and SOX controls. You will also lead client calls, presenting monthly financial decks and reports. Furthermore, you will utilize data analysis tools to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
