Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Staff Accountant and Payment Collection professional based in Vapi. The role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Additional responsibilities include overseeing payment collection processes, communicating with clients regarding outstanding payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. Collaborative efforts with internal teams to ensure efficient financial operations are also a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting practices, financial reporting, and account reconciliation
• Experience with payment collection processes and client communication
• Proficiency in using accounting software and other financial tools
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred
• Prior experience in logistics or transportation industries is beneficial
