The Staff Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, including managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes. The individual will also ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Qualifications Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Analytical and detail-oriented mindset Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred CPA or relevant certification is a plus Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
