Stacker Operator

Position - Stacker Operator (Dispatch Department)

The Stacker Operator is responsible for safely operating material handling equipment such as hydraulic stackers / electric stackers to move, lift, and arrange finished goods in the warehouse and dispatch zone. The role ensures proper stacking of pallets, support in loading activities, and maintains safe handling practices.

• Key Responsibilities
• Operate hydraulic / electric stacker to move materials within warehouse and dispatch area.
• Lift and stack pallets/materials to designated locations as per dispatch plan or storage layout.
• Support in loading and unloading of vehicles by using stacker as required.
• Assist Dispatch & Store team in material movement for invoice and packing preparation.
• Conduct daily inspection and maintenance checks of the stacker (battery level, brakes, hydraulic oil, forks, tires, etc.).
• Report any mechanical fault or equipment breakdown immediately to maintenance.
• Ensure proper pallet alignment, weight distribution, and safe stacking height.
• Maintain housekeeping in working area and follow 5S standards.
• Follow safety protocols, PPE use, and equipment SOPs during operation.
• Assist with stock counting and inventory movement tracking when required.
• Maintain movement logs and material movement records if needed.

Basic Requirements

Education: Minimum 12th pass. Experience: 1–3 years of experience operating Hydraulic/Electric Stacker / MHE in manufacturing / warehouse / logistics.

Skills & Certifications:

• Must have hands-on experience with industrial stackers
• Knowledge of warehouse basics & palletized material handling
• Ability to interpret load instructions and safety limits
• Basic record-keeping abilities
• Valid operator license / training certification preferred (if applicable)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
