As part of the Sector Supply Chain IT Deployment team, this role is responsible for advancing PepsiCos digital transformation agenda in manufacturing across MENAPAK, India, and South Africa.
Serving as the strategic bridge between IT and Manufacturing, the role drives shop floor digitization through both packaged and custom-built IT solutions such as global shop floor tools, MES, and paperless initiatives. These solutions deliver real-time visibility into shop floor performance and quality, while seamlessly integrating with plant automation systems including PLCs, automated storage, and replenishment solutions.
The role offers significant exposure and collaboration with global and regional Business, IT, and OT teams. It requires strong leadership to set priorities, influence stakeholders, drive solution adoption, deliver measurable value, and ensure continuity of manufacturing operations.
