Sr.Project Manager-Real estate

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership:

  Lead and manage end-to-end real estate development projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings.

• Coordination with Stakeholders:

  Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, contractors, engineers, vendors, and project consultants to ensure seamless project execution and communication.

• Schedule & Budget Management:

  Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, budgets, cost controls, and progress reports.

• Regulatory Compliance:

  Ensure that all projects comply with local regulations, zoning laws, building codes, and safety standards.

• Site Management & Reporting:

  Facilitate regular site meetings, providing project updates, tracking progress, and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of project status.

• Risk Management & Issue Resolution:

  Identify and manage risks, resolve issues in real time, and take corrective actions to keep projects on track.

• Project Handover & Commissioning:

  Oversee the commissioning and final handover processes to the client or operations team, ensuring all required documentation and certifications are complete.

• Sustainability & Infrastructure Alignment:

  Ensure alignment with sustainability standards and infrastructure requirements such as MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and IT systems.

Qualifications:

• Educational Requirements:

  Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field (Masters degree or PMP certification is preferred).

• Experience:

  Minimum 10–15 years of project management experience in the real estate sector, with a proven track record in residential and commercial developments. Experience with large-scale mixed-use or high-rise projects is a plus.

Skills & Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge of real estate development processes, including planning, design, construction, and handover.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, building codes, zoning regulations, and real estate industry standards.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, cost control, and contracts effectively.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore).

Desirable:

• Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate developments.
• Familiarity with sustainability certifications like LEED, ISO 50001, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of the latest real estate trends, innovations, and construction technologies.
