Job Description

Job Brief:

We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Executive with 2 3 years of hands-on experience in paid media. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across India and Dubai for multiple brands. The role covers lead generation, brand awareness, store footfall, and e-commerce sales, with a strong focus on ROI, budget management, and performance reporting.

Experience:

3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.

Responsibility:

Plan and execute campaigns to drive leads, sales, brand awareness, store visits, and followers.
Manage campaigns across e-commerce, retail, and diverse industries.
Run ads on Meta, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Use advanced targeting and retargeting to reach the right audience.
Continuously test creatives, ad copies, and strategies to improve performance.
Track key metrics such as CPL (Cost per Lead), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), and clicks/views.
Manage budgets efficiently to ensure optimal ROI.
Provide clear weekly and monthly reports with insights and actionable suggestions.
Collaborate with creative teams to deliver ads that resonate with audiences.
Stay updated with latest trends, ad formats, and platform changes.

Requirement:

3-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
Strong skills in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Experience in both lead generation and sales-focused campaigns.
Good understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Data Studio.
Experience in handling campaigns for different markets and audiences.
Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Agency experience (preferred).
Knowledge of SEO (bonus).

Skills Required:

Running ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Targeting and retargeting audiences.
Making and briefing creatives that work.
Tracking budgets and ROI.
Analysing campaign data and making improvements.
