Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta + Google) E-commerce ernakulam 3 - 6 years INR 4.5 - 7.5 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role & responsibilities Turn ad spend into sales. Build and scale winning campaigns. Keep CAC and ROAS on target. Test fast, learn fast, and own performance across Meta and Google for multiple e-commerce brands. Preferred candidate profile What you will do (daily) Set up and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Sales / Advantage+ / Catalog / Remarketing) for e-commerce products. Run Google campaigns (Search, Shopping/PMax, and Brand) to capture high-intent traffic and support Meta. Plan and execute TOFUMOFUBOFU structures with clear testing vs scaling campaigns. Create and follow a weekly testing plan for hooks, creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages. Work with founders/designers to brief creatives, UGC, and ad angles based on data. Monitor key metrics daily (spend, ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, AOV) and take action, not just report. Maintain clean tracking: pixels, Conversions API, GA4, basic GTM events, and UTM structure. Build and update negative keyword lists, audience exclusions, and remarketing pools. Prepare simple, clear performance reports in Google Sheets/Data Studio with insights and next steps. Spot issues early (tracking breaks, odd spikes, inventory issues, landing page drops) and flag them fast. Targets (clear and simple) Hit or beat target ROAS per account (typically 3x5x on Meta, 4x6x on Google), agreed per brand. Keep CAC within 10–15% of the agreed target for each brand/offer. Launch a minimum of 5–10 new creative tests per week across Meta and Google. Maintain at least weekly structured experiments (audience/offer/landing page) with clear conclusions. Zero days with “dark” or paused revenue-driving campaigns due to avoidable mistakes. What you need 3–6 years in performance marketing for e-commerce/D2C brands (India-focused). Hands-on experience managing 300,000–1,000,000+ per month in ad spend across Meta and/or Google. Strong Meta Ads skills: CBO/ABO, Advantage+ Shopping, catalog sales, retargeting, lookalikes, and breakdown analysis. Comfortable with Google Search + Shopping/PMax for e-commerce (tracking purchases, feed basics, and search terms). Fluent with numbers: ROAS, CAC, LTV, CVR, AOV, and contribution margin, not just CTR and CPC. Basic tracking/analytics: Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, UTM tagging, and Google Sheets reporting. Languages: English (must) and Hindi/Kannada (nice to have for internal coordination/creatives). Process mindset: clean naming conventions, changelogs, and test documentation. 5-day workweek (office-based role in Kakanad).
