  • Deployed a tech assessment platform to standardize talent evaluation and uplift hiring quality across functions.
  • Developed retention strategy through structured exit surveys, attrition analytics, and targeted interventions.
  • Mapped roles for all tech employees aligned to external benchmarks to inform org design and pay architecture.
  • Built real-time compensation intelligence dashboards to guide salary decisions and role-based revisions.
  • Introduced 'Tech Talks'a flagship leadership-engagement platformand Tech Bytea microlearning series—to foster knowledge sharing and ongoing upskilling.
