Sr.Manager/Manager- Business Development

Role Overview: As a Sr. Manager / Manager- Business Development at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting cold calling and lead generation activities, acquiring new clients, and achieving assigned sales targets. You will be responsible for generating business through prospective calls, providing regular reports on closures and sales pipeline, coordinating client collections, and preparing daily sales reports. In addition, you will collaborate with the operations team before deployment, address CRM-related issues, and manage contracts, renewals, and addendums. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct cold calling and lead generation activities. - Acquire new clients and achieve assigned sales targets. - Generate business by accumulating prospective calls. - Provide regular reports on closures and sales pipeline. - Coordinate client collections. - Prepare daily sales reports. - Collaborate with the operations team before deployment. - Address CRM-related issues. - Manage contracts, renewals, and addendums. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - Proven experience of 5 to 8 years in BGV Sales. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in CRM software. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
