We are seeking dedicated female candidates for an International Voice Process role specialising in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). You will handle scheduling, billing inquiries, and insurance follow-ups, ensuring seamless revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with international clients via voice calls to manage RCM processes.
Follow up on invoices, payment statuses, and insurance claims.
Negotiate with insurance providers for accurate reimbursements.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with billing protocols.

Requirements:

Female candidates based in India with excellent English communication skills.
Experience in RCM, medical billing, or international voice processes preferred.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with night shifts to align with international time zones.
