Sr.Hub Spot CRM Developer

Job Title: Senior HubSpot Developer (CRM-Focused)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior HubSpot Developer with strong HubSpot CRM expertise and solid HubSpot CMS experience to support an enterprise-level CRM and web modernization project for a US-based client.

Experience Required:

• 8+ years of overall professional experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and HubSpot CMS

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and optimize HubSpot CRM pipelines, workflows, automations, and permissions
• Develop and maintain HubSpot CMS custom modules, themes, and templates using HubL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Build and manage integrations using HubSpot APIs and REST services
• Ensure secure data handling and adherence to best practices and compliance standards
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, platform upgrades, and production support

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in HubSpot CRM including workflows, automations, pipelines, and integrations
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CMS development (HubL, custom modules, themes)
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JSON
• Experience with HubSpot APIs and REST integrations
• Working knowledge of Git, GitHub, and CI/CD workflows
• Understanding of secure coding and data protection practices

Preferred Skills:

• WordPress experience
• Knowledge of SEO, performance optimization, and Core Web Vitals
• Experience working with enterprise or Fortune-level clients

Location & Work Model:

• Hyderabad (Hybrid preferred)
• Remote option available for strong profiles
