Job Description

Position: Sr HR Business Analyst

Availability: Immediate -15days

Roles

Involve in the whole project cycle from requirement gathering to timely project delivery.
Co-ordinate with all the stakeholders in the overall project lifecycle activities.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
Analyze the business requirement, gap analysis and prepare detailed document as BRD, FRD, SOW.
Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
Create process flows, wireframes and prototypes according to the signed-off document.
Propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges.
Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to various stakeholders.
Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions.
Accountable for managing change requests post-Go-live, assessing feasibility, and ensuring prompt delivery while maintaining alignment with the project scope.
Identify opportunities for system and process enhancements.
Contribute in project communications, ensuring the client satisfaction and engagement.

Required

Candidate should have an HR Background.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
