Job Description

Position: Oracle HCM Cloud Developer Location: On-site Mumbai , Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad Experience Required: 4 to 9 yrs Notice Period: Immediate to 15days Key Responsibilities: Work on Oracle HCM Cloud Global Core HCM modules. Manage Core HR, Absence, Payroll functionalities. Develop custom reports using BIP and OTBI. Build and maintain integrations using OIC and PaaS. Create and manage custom interfaces and APIs. Work on PL/SQL and Oracle APEX for custom development. Handle SOA integrations and OCI-related tasks. Deliver ad-hoc and scheduled custom reporting as required. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Absence, Payroll). Proficiency in BIP/OTBI reporting tools. Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and PaaS solutions. Sound knowledge of PL/SQL, APEX, and SOA integrations. Understanding of OCI environment and API integrations. 46 Years (HCM) , 1–3 Years (Software Developer) ,4–6 Years (Developer/Software Engineer)
