Oracle HCM Cloud Developer

As a highly skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Developer at Tradeweb Markets, your role will involve configuring, customizing, and upgrading the Oracle HCM Cloud system to align with HR processes and policies. Your collaboration with HR and multi-functional teams will be crucial in meeting business needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform end-to-end configuration based on business requirements and continuous improvement - Design and develop integration processes using tools like HDL, HCM Extracts & BI Publisher - Customize reports, workflows, and data structures within Oracle HCM - Audit and clean data before integration - Create and maintain BI Reports, OTBI Reports - Extensive knowledge of HCM data structures and Oracle table relationships - Write complex SQL queries - Implement and maintain integrations with third-party systems - Develop and deploy custom reports and data extracts - Supervise Oracle HCM Cloud system updates and releases - Test and address issues post system upgrades or patches - Ensure accurate testing and documentation of configurations and customizations **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field - 3-5 years of experience in developing Oracle HCM Cloud - Good understanding of integration tools such as web services, REST APIs, and file-based integrations - Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and related Oracle technologies for report writing and data extraction - Experience in end-to-end configuration or deployments - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud process preferred - Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware tools is a plus At Tradeweb, you will be part of a culture built on innovation, creativity, and collaboration, working together with talented individuals and cutting-edge technology to improve the way financial markets trade.,
