Looking for Patient coordinator to handle therapy department work process & handling the team
- Age : 30 - 40 between
- Medical background with a minimum of 1 year of experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and lead a team
- Organizational and follow-up skills
- Maintain a positive environment in treatment rooms
- Document patient progress and treatment details
- Ensure treatment duration meets specified time requirements
- Assign therapists to patients based on treatment progress and symptoms
- Monitor patient progress, provide feedback, and offer counseling
- Monitoring and Reporting of patients seen by the Mam
- Ensure cleanliness in the rooms and that bed sheets are set before each treatment
- Facilitate clear communication between therapists, patients, and management
- Manage treatment schedules, progress, and completion
- Maintain a calm and positive environment in treatment rooms
- Ensure treatments are completed on schedule
- Make administrative decisions based on treatment progress and feedback
- Ensure therapists communicate treatment details and progress to patients
- Record day-to-day progress and feedback from patients
- Focus on symptom-based progress tracking
- Build patient confidence in the treatment process through therapist-patient conversations and involvement
- Prepare lists for review and implement closing procedures
- 15 days of leave
