a) Assist the Management and Principal in implementing school policies, academic programs, curriculum activities, and co-scholastic initiatives to promote overall student development and staff effectiveness.
b) Support academic planning by coordinating schedules, lesson plans, examinations, assessments, and school events to ensure effective execution of the school program.
c) Coordinate with teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure daily operations run smoothly and motivate the team to achieve academic and institutional goals as per defined standards.
d) Facilitate the development and implementation of instructional objectives by collaborating with teachers to align curriculum delivery with school expectations and learner needs.
e) Monitor and maintain accurate student records, academic data, and progress reports, and assist in evaluating student performance and outcomes.
f) Ensure organizational efficiency by maintaining effective communication between departments, inter-school systems, office staff, parents, and management to enhance overall performance and coordination.
g) Assist in the orientation and integration of new staff and students, guiding them through school processes and encouraging their participation in school programs.
h) Maintain healthy relationships with students, parents, and staff, addressing routine concerns and ensuring a positive and disciplined school environment.
