Sr.GM Sales & Marketing -Pharma - CNS Division - Mumbai / Ahmedabad HQ

Roles and Responsibilities 1.As a General Manager / Sr. GM Sales and Marketing you will be responsible for heading Neurology ( CNS) division you will be covering Pan India Operation for reputed Pharma company based at Mumbai. 2 Candidates will be responsible for handling P&L budgeting and Top line and Bottom line for the existing division. 3. Candidates will be responsible for launching new products and implementing strategies and strengthening existing brands. 4. Candidates will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing an entire new sales and marketing team for the new division and guide them to achieve derived targets and incentives. 5. Candidate is responsible for handling Effective Man Management and achieving Business / Sales targets with high PCPM. Desired Candidate Profile 1. B. Sc. or B. Pharma and MBA in Sales and Marketing, having 15-20 years of experience in Pharma Sales and Marketing out of which last 3-4 years as a AGM Sales and Marketing / General Manager Sales & Marketing for heading Neurology ( CNS) division you will be covering Pan India Operation for reputed Pharma company based at Mumbai. 2. Candidates should be good in handling P&L, Budgeting and Top line and Bottom line. 3. You should be good in handling Neurology ( CNS) Business and new products and Introducing new molecules and conducting innovative promotional activities. 4. Candidates should be good in Strategy Management and executing the same on basis to achieve budget with effective distribution and administration control. 5. Candidates should be good in recruiting training and developing the sales team on Effective man-management and achieving high PCPM.
