Job Title : Sr. Executive - Tele Caller (Leads to Conversion) Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Executive - Tele Caller to join our healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting inbound and outbound leads into successful appointments or service conversions. This role demands strong communication skills, empathy, persistence, and a customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities : Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing patients/customers. Understand the healthcare services offered and explain them clearly to prospective leads. Follow up diligently on warm and cold leads generated through various marketing channels. Convert leads into appointments, service registrations, or consultations. Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems. Coordinate with the operations and medical teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding. Achieve and exceed monthly targets for conversions and appointments. Address customer/patient queries professionally, empathetically, and accurately. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly call/conversion reports for management review. Suggest improvements in calling scripts, lead qualification process, and customer engagement techniques. Key Skills & Competencies : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi and English; regional languages are a plus). Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Patient and empathetic with a customer-first mindset. Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Familiarity with healthcare terminologies and patient service protocols is preferred. Educational Qualifications : Graduate in any discipline (preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or business). Certification or training in customer service or healthcare communication is a plus.
