Roles and Responsibilities
Build and manage enterprise monitoring & observability platforms (e.g., Dynatrace, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).
Develop dashboards, alerts, SLIs/SLOs, and availability metrics for applications and infrastructure.
Implement and maintain log aggregation solutions (ELK/EFK, Splunk, Loki) and distributed tracing (OpenTelemetry, Jaeger).
Automate telemetry pipelines, service onboarding, and monitoring configurations.
Partner with SRE/DevOps/Application teams for incident triage, diagnostics, RCA, and MTTR reduction.
Integrate monitoring tools with CI/CD, cloud platforms, and incident management systems.
