Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Draughtsman - HVAC at Desionics Project Designs (P) Ltd. located in Kochi. The HVAC Draughtsman is responsible for preparing accurate and coordinated shop drawings, design drawings, and as-built drawings for HVAC systems. The role includes translating engineering sketches, specifications, and design calculations into detailed 2D/3D drawings and ensuring compliance with project standards, codes, and coordination requirements. Key Responsibilities Education Qualifications ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Drafting, CAD, or a related technical field Professional Experience : 5-10 years of experience in HVAC drafting for building services Prior experience in Gulf/Middle East projects is an advantage Software Proficiency : AutoCAD (mandatory) Revit MEP (preferred) Technical Knowledge : HVAC systems: duct design, chilled water piping, VRF/VRV, ventilation systems Familiarity with SMACNA, ASHRAE, and local building codes Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOQs Show more Show less
