Job Description

Sound knowledge of application and hardware troubleshooting. Resolve advanced technical scenarios related to Windows , Applications, Microsoft products, and hardware and peripherals. Sound knowledge of Cloud storage and backup systems. Sound knowledge of LAN, WAN and VPN Technology. Manage installations, upgrades and configurations of hardware and software Assess system performance and recommend improvements Conduct audits in order to review system compliance as per the company policy. Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal and company guidelines. Provide support and guidance to stakeholders via help desk Sound knowledge of IT Procurement and Vendor coordination. Sound knowledge of IT Documentation like Audit Reports, Procurement Documentation. Maintain smooth operation of all the, desktop, CCTV, Laptop Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms Thorough knowledge of networks and cloud computing Resourcefulness and problem-solving attitude Preferred candidates from Palakkad location Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Experience: Computer networking: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
