Ensuringadherence to agreed TAT for processing casesResolving salesqueries within TATWorking towardsthe functional KPIs like improvement in Issuance Percentage, Reduction inadditional requirement, minimising revenue leakages & improvement inoverall quality of business
To supportfunction to manage the dynamism arising in view of seasonal business peaks andalso unpredictable regulatory & sales behaviours
To strike a goodbalance of risk and customer convenience
Ensure vigilanceto prevent various kind of frauds that are prevalent in the marketplace
