Sr. Workday Consultant

As a Workday Configuration Specialist, your role will involve leading the end-to-end configuration of Workday modules, focusing on Core HCM, Compensation, and Benefits. You will collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and design optimized solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Configuring Workday modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, and Benefits - Collaborating with HR stakeholders to gather requirements - Enhancing Workday business processes, condition rules, and security settings - Developing and maintaining configuration documentation - Conducting comprehensive testing including unit testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing - Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive configuration - Monitoring post-go-live system performance and implementing improvements - Providing insight and guidance on upcoming Workday releases To qualify for this role, you should have: - 12+ years of professional experience in HR systems, with 7+ years specifically in Workday configuration - Expertise in configuring Workday Core HCM, Compensation, and Benefits modules - Strong knowledge of Workday business process framework, staffing models, and compensation design - Ability to lead discovery, design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support independently - Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills - Workday certification in HCM, Compensation, or Benefits (highly preferred) In addition to the required qualifications, preferred attributes include: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Experience working in global or matrixed organizations As a Workday Configuration Specialist, your role will involve leading the end-to-end configuration of Workday modules, focusing on Core HCM, Compensation, and Benefits.
