Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee the end-to-end warehouse and inventory operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the tiles and bathware industry, with expertise in inventory control, warehouse planning, and logistics management. This role requires leadership, process optimization, and coordination with procurement, sales, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall warehouse operations including inbound/outbound logistics, stock control, and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts and audits.
• Ensure storage, stacking, and labeling of materials in accordance with product specifications and safety norms.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for efficient handling of tiles and bathware products.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, set performance metrics, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for material requirement planning and timely dispatch.
• Ensure timely deliveries by managing vehicle schedules and route planning in coordination with logistics partners.
• Implement and monitor warehouse safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain stock accuracy using inventory management systems or ERP tools.
• Generate regular reports on inventory levels, wastage, damage, and order fulfillment.
• Monitor and reduce operational costs through effective inventory and logistics planning.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in warehouse/inventory/logistics roles, preferably in the tiles or bathware industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Hands-on experience in logistics coordination, freight handling, and stock control.
• Leadership skills to manage a warehouse team efficiently.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
