Job Description: Senior Video Editor

Chandok Creations is a growing post-production studio specializing in editing Podcasts, Talking Head Videos, Real Estate ads, E-commerce product ads, YouTube content and Reels. We are seeking a Senior Video Editor to manage our editing team, oversee the production pipeline, and ensure all content meets the highest creative and technical standards. This leadership role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide, mentor, and inspire a team of editors.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the editing team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and up to standard.
• Review, refine, and provide feedback on edits to maintain consistent quality.
• Monitor ongoing projects, assign tasks, and balance workload within the team.
• Apply advanced editing techniques, motion graphics, and color grading to elevate video quality.
• Stay ahead of video trends and introduce innovative ideas to enhance content.
• Troubleshoot workflow challenges and implement efficient solutions.
• Ensure all edits align with brand guidelines and storytelling standards.

Skills & Expertise:

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects.
• Strong knowledge of color grading, pacing, and storytelling.
• Leadership skills with experience in mentoring or managing editors.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience.
• A strong portfolio showcasing different video formats (ads, social media, long-form, reels).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

• Video editing: 2 years (Preferred)
• Video production: 2 years (Required)
• Adobe Premiere: 2 years (Required)
• Adobe After Effects: 1 year (Required)
