Openings: 1. Senior Video Editor (1 Position) Experience: Minimum 4 years Salary: Up to ₹50,000/- per month 2. Junior Video Editor (2 Positions) Experience: 1-2 years Salary: Up to ₹25,000/- per month Key Responsibilities: Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging, and professional-grade videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and other editing software. Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements, objectives, and deadlines. Create visually appealing content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional campaigns. Incorporate motion graphics, sound design, color grading, and special effects to enhance video quality. Ensure consistency in branding, style, and messaging across all video content. Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines. Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, tools, and techniques to deliver cutting-edge content. Review and revise edits based on feedback from stakeholders to meet project goals. Organize and maintain video assets and project files for efficient workflow. Key Skills and Qualifications: Mandatory: Proven expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro. Proficiency in other editing software such as Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus. Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics in video editing. Experience with motion graphics, color correction, and audio editing. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rotational shifts. Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. For Senior Video Editor: Minimum 4 years of professional video editing experience in a media, advertising, or production environment. For Junior Video Editor: 1-2 years of professional or freelance video editing experience. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Film Editing, Media Production, or a related field. Experience in creating content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok). Knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is an advantage. Portfolio showcasing a variety of video editing projects (please provide a link to your portfolio or samples).
