Sr. US IT Recruiter / Team Lead / Account Manager

Role & responsibilities We are seeking motivated Sr. IT Recruiter / Account Manager to support our U.S. recruitment operations. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various IT roles, working closely Key Responsibilities: Source potential candidates through vendors, job boards, social media, and internal databases Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates Maintain candidate tracking and reporting in recruitment tools Support the full recruitment cycle for IT roles under guidance Preferred candidate profile Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to work during U.S. time zone (Central Time Zone) Well-versed in US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc. Experienced in working with W2 tax terms mandate Extensive experience in handling a complete US recruitment life cycle. Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment process across various IT Technologies. Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with job portals (LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed etc.) Willingness to travel to USA for short duration
