Account Manager / Business Development Manager IT Staffing Coimbatore 4 - 7 years INR 2.5 - 7.5 Lacs P.A. Remote Full Time

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead our IT staffing business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT staffing or consulting sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with US-based clients and MSPs/VMS platforms. This is a strategic role focused on expanding our footprint across North America from India. Timing: 6:30 PM IST - 3:30 AM IST (NIGHT SHIFT) Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities with direct clients, MSPs, and Tier-1 vendors in the US IT staffing market. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers including hiring managers, procurement teams, and account managers. Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client presentations, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure. Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of IT consultants. Track industry trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for business planning and forecasting. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. 4 to 7 years of proven experience in US IT staffing or consulting business development. Strong understanding of IT roles, hiring practices, and contract staffing models (C2C, W2, 1099). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Willing to work in US time zones and travel to US (if required) Preferred Skills: Experience working with ATS/CRM tools and platforms like Bullhorn, JobDiva, or Salesforce Familiarity with VMS/MSP ecosystems (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, IQNavigator). Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently from India.
